Strawberry Festival Tent: we want the crepes back, Piccolos Pizza?, will Hector from the deli come back?, Buffalo Bill Soda

Craft fair tent: sent out applications, doing regular updates, no responses

Post Prom Party at High Schools: sponsored by the Wellness Counsel, Fran runs its. The Merrick Kiwanis has donated $250, we want to donate $500 from us and possibly the Lions? Voted, Yes

Ellen Perick – social worker in the elementary schools, has two families who need help. 1 family the wife passed away, has 3 kids needs helping paying for the before and after school program. 2nd family, dad had a heart attack and lost his job, need help with food, and other essentials

Elementary school awards and chamber high school awards – Sette Scholarship, Key Club awards

Kamp Kiwanis: spring work weekend, wants a company to match the clubs donation to the camp, asking Computer Associates

Sandy Johnson is an accountant who offered to do the clubs annual taxes at cost. Also is going to help get the club get incorporated under the foundation name and the club name. This will enable us to become a 501c3 organization

Mid-Winter Conference: Made lots of contacts, want to go up again for the Kamp weekend. Bellmore club was recognized at the conference, international was very impressed. Hope to have us send at least 10 kids or more to camp again this year.

Divisional at Merrick: congratulated us for being recognized as a distinguished club, in order to be distinguished you need to fill out the necessary paper work, need new members, take care of the key clubs, attend events and donate money to international (we're the only one in the division to be distinguished)
