Bellmore Kiwanis Club's Events

 Upcoming Events

Long Island Community Service is a primary goal of the Bellmore Kiwanis Club. The Bellmore Kiwanis Club strives to fulfill Kiwanis International's vision of changing the world, one child and one community at a time. Through Charity Events and the participation of our members we've helped to educate our children, support our community, and establish ourselves as the premier service organization in Bellmore.

Here on our web site, you can find out about the different Charity Events presented by the Bellmore Kiwanis Club as well as how we're working to accomplish this mission. Over the years, we've completed numerous Long Island Community Service projects and will continue to do so in the coming years

Annual Nassau County Strawberry Festival (Info)

The Strawberry Festival as well as the 2011 Annual Pancake Breakfast will be "GREEN".  We will be featuring local Green businesses in our Green Expo located next to the Main Tent (where you can also find tons of great Strawberry Themed food and drinks).

Annual Bellmore Pancake Breakfast (info)

The Long Island Pancake Breakfast has been hosted by The Bellmore Kiwanis Club since 1975.  Thanks to the tireless efforts of our members and volunteers, the Long Island Pancake Breakfast is the longest current running Charity Event this great club has the pleasure of hosting.

Bellmore Family Street Fair

The Kiwanis Club of the Bellmores has been participating in the Bellmore Family Street Fair (hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores) for years.  We find it is a great opportunity to for us share with the community some of the great things that we do.

We receive assistance from our local Kiwanis Key Clubs (Bellmore JFK and Bellmore Mepham) as well as our members.  Everyone volunteers for the weekend helping staff our booth located at the corner of Bedford avenue and Petite Avenue.

Annual Installation Dinner (info)

Our Annual Installation Dinner is a time for us to thank and honor our current members for the great jobs they have done in the previous year and welcome our new members to the club. Our Installation Dinners are always a great time and give us a chance to gather and break bread with our members as well as other Kiwanians and family and friends throughout the Division.
